Add the contents of one sachet to 200mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. If desired, more water may be added.; Very Low Energy Diet: Replace all meals with three sachets (40g each) per day. Additionally, 2 litres of calorie free fluids and 2 cups of low starch vegetables should be consumed.; Optifast milkshake can also be used in combination with Optifast soup.
