Mix 60g or 3 level scoops (scoop inside can) of Sustagen Hospital with Fibre into a glass (175ml) of water (or reduced fat milk, depending on taste). May be kept at 4 degrees in refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir before serving. Can be served hot, great in winter.; To add flavour variety, you can easily add flavour with coffee, caramel, banana, strawberry, etc or just add canned or fresh fruit and blend.; For additional nutrition, Sustagen Hospital with Fibre can be added to other foods, used in baking, or sprinkled on breakfast cereals.
