For Dietary Management of Obesity, is Nutritionally Complete and Has a Delicious Flavour.
Simply add one sachet of Optifast to 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste. The colder the water, the better the taste! For a delicious Banana Frappee, simply blend with ice cubes!
Optifast is recommended to be taken under the supervision of a health professional. It is indicated for persons with a Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 30 or a BMI greater than 27 with medical complications associated with obesity such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or non-insulin dependent diabetes.
