Wet scalp. Pour a small amount into your hand. Massage gently into hair and scalp. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft towel. Repeat if necessary. Use conditioner afterwards if required. Avoid alkaline soaps and shampoos which can cause dryness and irritation.
