Vitamin A maintains the mucus lining of the respiratory tract, which is part of your first line of defence against infection. Vitamin D is also included to support calcium
absorption and healthy bones. Adults: Take two capsules once a day to maintain your body’s natural defences in your digestive and respiratory tracts.
Adults - Take one to three capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children - For children under 12 years we recommend Blackmores Cod Liver Oil 275mg capsules.
The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. When taken in excess of 8,000 IU vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.Always read the label. Use only as directed.
