OPTIFAST VLCD Berry Crunch Bar 6 x 60g Bars is for Dietary management of obesity.
OPTIFAST VLCD is recommended to be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is indicated for persons with BMI>30 or a BMI>27 with medical complications associated with obesity such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or non-insulin dependent diabetes.
OPTIFAST VLCD Bars are convenient and ready to eat. Replace all meals with three bars (60g each). Additionally, consume at least 2 liters of calorie-free fluids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
One serve of OPTIFAST VLCD Bar can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the OPTIFAST VLCD range (Milkshakes, Dessert, Soup).
Soy protein, milk chocolate (18%), [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavours], soy granulate, fructose-glucose syrup, fructose, oligofructose, vitamins and minerals (dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ferric pyrophosphate, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, zinc oxide, tocopheryl acetate, copper sulphate, calcium pantothenate, manganese sulfate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, retinyl acetate, folic acid, sodium selenite, potassium iodide, biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin), tapioca starch, flavours, food acid 9citric acid), sugar, apple, salt, lactose, fruits (0.18%) (blueberry, black currant, blackberry, strawberry, cherry) gelling agent (pectin).
Take an additional 2 litres of calorie-free fluid each day. Unsuitable for use by pregnant or lactating woman, infants, children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age. May contain traces of egg and/or nuts and peanuts.
