Directions / Dosage

Suggested daily intake:
Adults and children aged 5 years and over:
2 teaspoons (10mL) per day with food or drink.
Children 2-5 years: 1 teaspoon (5mL) per day with food or drink.

Indications

Efalex is a patented formulation beneficial for the maintenance of normal eye and brain function throughout life. Efalex is a rich natural source of fatty acids which maintain a healthy immune system and general well-being.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per teaspoon:
Natural Fish Oil (High DHA)            640mg
(equiv. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 140mg: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 32mg)        
Rigel Evening Primrose Oil            213mg
(equiv. Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 24mg)
dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate)    15mg
Thyme Oil                    400mcg

Non-active ingredients: sunflower oil, lemon oil and lime oil.

Low allergy formula:
No added sugars, salicylic acid, yeast, lactose, whey powder, wheat and corn starch, gluten, preservatives and artificial colours and flavours.

Warnings

Taking this product for the first time:
The amount should be doubled for the first 12 weeks.
If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Shake bottle before use. After opening store in refrigerator and use within 3 months.
(The contents may look slightly cloudy when chilled. This is quite normal for certain oil-based products, and at room temperature the contents will become clear).
Avoid storage in direct sunlight or heat.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
