Optifast Chocolate Milkshake 21 x 40g sachet for dieatry management of obesity, is nutritionally complete and has a delicious flavour.
Add the contents of one sachet to 200mL of cold or warm water. ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. If desired, more water may be added.
Very Low Energy Diet: Replace all meals with three sachets (40g each) per day. Additionally, 2 litres of calorie free fluids and 2 cups of low starch vegetables should be consumed.
Optifast milkshake can also be used in combination with Optifast soup. Two sachets of Optifast Soup and two sachets of Optifast Milkshake per day.
A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
Take an additional 2 litres of calorie-free fluid each day.
